Revised.....the motor is built and the bike has 94 miles on it now, lot less vibration with the new Charlie Top of line Crank, The Mark at R&D Motorsports undercut transmission is perfect, just clicks into gear and the modified shift claw won't allow it to overshift, the 15 plate clutch with Ralfs release (moved the clevis back 7mm) no longer drags, and the Tim Steele Bead blasting is very nice.....also, Thanks to Cody for the engine cases and Larry Smith for the Trans bearings and clutch parts
and all of you for the good advice and help, plus the Jim Shreve and Moo Videos

I am just about done with my H2B engine rebuild......the bike was done last winter.......I did the topend last winter as well......planned on doing the crank and trans this wnter, but bad shift forks, had to take it down after mid ohio.........after having it apart (my experience anyway)........you don't know what you will find.......4 of my 6 crank bearings were wasted, shift forks wasted and caused a crack in the engine cases.......I went a bit overboard and tried to do everything upgraded and top notch.......here is a ball park for my build.
