A: For the record, I was offered this price more than 15 years ago by a Japanese buyer, apparently it was worth this price to him at that time. So I thought this may be a fair place to start. Thank you for you opinion

It has had some sort of engine issues, kick-start levers don't get bent like that one is, when these engines and components are in good working order.

Still, if it weren't so darned over priced expensive, it'd be a fair start to restoring it to new condition, as it is all there.
