Trying to my headlight . The bucket I have is metal and has the number 001-0799 stanley on it which matches my 72 and 73 h2 . I can't read the number if there is one on the chrome ring though . The NOS one I have which I thought fit does'nt . It has stanley001-0730 on it . It's NOS and has the part #23006-024 but is not correct fit even though the part part number is right . I have seen the same ones for sale on ebay but they are not gonna fit either so what gives? Any help appreciated

That ring is for the early '72 H2 only...with the plastic bucket.

The later rings are the same as a Z1, KZ1000, etc. Emgo has a mounting kit that includes the ring.
