I believe these are the rear fender damping rubbers (and related pieces), but I don't know in what order they go - any insight? The fiche I was looking at didn't make it clear to me.

(Not pictured are rubber washers with a metal cylinder through them)

Also how does the oil tank strap attach on the top? My bike came without one so I don't know how it's supposed to look.

I am by far no expert on rubbers and straps but it may help to list what bike you have. :e11

I just went through this exercise.. :x Starting with the bolt, thread on the wide flat washer, then those rubber grommets in the top part of you pic. If you have the rubber covered copper signal wire guide (kind of a bendable pigtail thing), it goes on next. Now, put the chrome washer/bushing thing into the hole in the fender bracket from the top. Then put the other rubber grommet on from underneath the bracket, and put the metal sleeve inside it. All this goes through the fender and another large flat washer, a lock washer and the nut.

Sorry to be confusing, if you're really stuck I'll take pictures.

The wrench on the left is the plastic fender, the wrench on the right is the metal frame. Is this correct? What about the two extra bits on the far left?

Here's the top bracket, bolt w/washer and the rubber strap. Double rings go to the top ( pay no attention to the two oil washers in the back )

As it fits on the cycle

You've got some parts that don't belong there. I don't recall such a large washer on the top side of the assembly, and the grommet looks wrong too. I put mine together and I think it's right .. I can look at it tonight and document for you, but although I managed to use up all the parts, I'm not 100% I have it correct either. Stay tuned.
