Got a new trailer. Got all the welding finished today. It's going to be 6' X 12' and have 14" wheels. I'm tired of having to replace both tires on my little trailer each time I come to the Gap. Just have to deck it and install new lights and tie down points. Also have to fix the 1 fender. Hopefully my H2's bodywork will be finished next week...otherwise, it's going to be a mix and match paintjob with the spare few pieces of bodywork that I have.

Sweet Jeff!!!!! I'm envious of your trailer - I had a nice one in California I left for my kids, full size tires, beefy construction, all the good stuff on it - I do miss it.

I'm borrowing my neighbors 3-rail this year to get to Moo's but it was in sad shape, flat/bald tires, no spare, rust and broken welds. I stripped it down, reinforced it, corrected everything bad and it's good to go!

I'll tell Vanessa that you like them.

The pic was taken at my welder's house before I brought the trailer home.

Plan for today was to have it prepped, painted, and decked today. Bought all the stuff at Lowes this morning and the wind hasn't let up all day. Spray paint and a sustained 15 MPH wind don't mix well.

New brake pads all around, oil, oil filter and plugs on the PC800.

New Chain, trany oil change , replaced brake fluid and put Jemcos on the Suzuki!

Adjusted placement of front wheel lock on the trailer to better balance gt500 (bigger/heavier than the 400) when hitched to the PC.

Trial run for camping gear at Barbers for Formula one race weekend and will be heading to Road Atlanta for AMA races 20-22 April. Will be working Corners during the races.

I have extra ticket all weekend if anyone interested let me know? One catch wont have them until Thurs at the track. Pay for your own camping or just stay for one day. first come first serve for each day. PM me. Dofin

More progress today. The trailer will be finished tomorrow.

Base deck on the trailer....

This trailer will be a universal trailer. If I want to haul gravel or coal, it's just a matter of putting sideboards on it. For now, it's a bike trailer. The wheel chocks are moveable and removable.
