Its called a "Freeway"..... They were made here in Minnesota during the "Gas Crunch" years. Featuring a 350 or 450 4stroke (lawnmower engine) hooked up to a large minibike clutch, the claim was something ridiculous like a billion miles per gallon.

Its name is rather ironic as you couldn't pay me any amount of money to drive this on a "freeway". This one has a top speed of 50mph. :lol:
