Guys I am moving forward with the 69 and was wondering whats up with the front brake application, A good friend that is also restoring a 69 gave me the cycle mag to read about the up coming Blue streak, I have been looking hard at exactly how parts were mounted and wondered about the brake on the pics, The front brake assembly is on the left side :o Chime in and let me know whats up. Great magazine article :D :D

And they wouldn't have a clue . . . . . .To them, these were just "Units for sale" . . . .The truth, because with any new model, they pinch the parts off a prior model (hence all the S2 parts on the prototype H2's) - The front end on these bikes they pinched off the A7 :thumbup:

some very earlies sold in Europe in 69 , such in Denmark, were like those :mrgreen:

Yeah I was gonna say all the A series and W series were left side brake mechanisms.....

edit- but I guess not the W's are on the right!
