I'd been running a halogen 55/65 on my stock H2 and couldn't keep the battery charged.There doesn't seem to be much extra in the charge circuit.

Changing all lamps to LEDs is the key to free up power for brighter headlight.

headlight (typical halogen) = 55w. 1157 incandescent tail light = 27watt. gauge bulbs 2.5 watts ea. minimally. SO.. 65W headlight + a few leds is not bad and should do fine.

My halogen issue was years ago. L.E.D.s were still exotic and expensive. Not like now. :thumbup:
