 Post subject: H2 oil pump for KH500

Can someone advise if a h2 oil pump will fit a Kh500 ? Maybe just a bit more oil ??

Yes, an early H2 pump will fit a KH500 with about 30% more output @2000 rpm.

Most seem to be going the other way, some English guys are running KH250 pumps on H2's. I ran a H1 pump on a H2 for a lot of miles.
If yours cant be fixed I'd be looking for a S2/3 pump as a replacement, less oil than stock but more than enough.

Running a KH250 oil pump on a h2 is very close to the limit

any air leaks or bubbles in the airlines then you will seize your motor

I speak of this from experience and now run a 500 oil pump
