Does anyone have any knowledge/comments about this pricey battery on Ebay? Thanks.

I have one in my RD. Picked it up at Deal's Gap last year. Seemed to work fine until the piston went. Very light battery. They offer them in varying numbers of cells, 4,6,8 to size them. Fairly impressive specs from what I remember.

Yeah; it's way too expensive
Get the alarm battery for $25 with a similar A/hr rating like everyone told me to do
(they were right)

have a friend who fit some on the 70s cause his father was plane pilot and they already fit some on small airplanes: very light and worked very well.

Used a sealed AGM battery from Batteries Plus, no worry about acid spills. Number is XTAZ7S. Little smaller than the box. Cut pieces of styrofoam to keep it from sliding around. Nobody will see it.

For historical purposes here's the website of the company that makes the batteries. http://www.ballisticparts.com/

I have nothing to do with the company fwiw.

$43.95 here seems better than the $79 an ebay seller wants.
