John,

I guess you prefer correspondence via this message board as I have yet to have any means to contact you otherwise.
If you have no intention to deal with me just say so and I won't waste my time. I don't know if Fast from the Past is soliciting orders or not but I am willing to write a check now.

-I'd like to have some contact info provided.
-What are your payment terms? Acceptable payment methods? To whom?
-It seems you have what you need in sample parts from Leo and will provide/co-ordinate shipping info with him.
-What will pricing be? Shipping? Lead time?
-Is it required that 5 sets of each are ordered or can the 15 pcs be allocated in different quantities?
-Lead time/pricing for future orders? Minimum quantities for future orders?

I can provide you with personal info as required but not on a public forum.

Thank you - Dale
triple.dale@gmail.com

edit: I see now that Jim is taking orders

Wossnerpistons is the website so email would go to one of the following email addresses, note the piston is plural with an "s" at the end.

autotech@wossnerpistons.com
mototech@wossnerpistons.com
hd@wossnerpistons.com
snowtech@wossnerpistons.com
atvtech@wossnerpistons.com

Please review your contact page at http://www.wossnerpistons.com/contact/locations

I can see this is going nowhere.

I have never had this much difficulty trying to contact and secure an order for product from any vendor and I was in the manufacturing business for 25 years.
You have a solid quality product but sales rep effort is sorely lacking. What responsible sales rep wouldn't respond to a product query.... even if it was to say thanks, but no thanks?

I provided two email addresses with no reply to either asking a couple of simple questions. Someone needs to know the meaning of the word "customer" along with the appropriate etiquette that should be afforded to such.

I suppose this seals my opportunity to seek 400 pistons from Wossner at a reasonable price but I have made a genuine effort. :e4 :e4 :e4

Dale,

Thanks for that incorrect email link, it is a new website Wossner recently put up just late last year. I will see that is taken care of quickly.

I have to assume that since you found our website you also found our phone number as well?

Fast in the Past looks to have a process in place to order the pistons for the 400, he does not have an exclusive however and no pistons are ordered at this time. I can say with certainty his pricing will be better than what Wossner could offer direct due to how much business he did in 2010 and 2011 with Wossner and we have seen him offer dealer discounts to approved dealer with actual storefronts.

Ha! Ha! Ha! And why should I put forth the effort to pick up a phone and call? I have PM'ed you, emailed you, and provided email info on this board without any response beyond what is on this thread. If I were to make contact with anyone at Wossner, it would be with your superiors. It has been like walking into MacDonald's and falling to my knees to beg for a Big Mac while offering a tip besides... only to be ignored. Although it seems that now-days, that is the case with salesfolk.

You have no order from Fast from the Past as I was promising. And, as for the "storefront", that could happen overnight. I do have a fairly well read site in the Triples community, in North America and Europe and I rarely fail at anything I attempt. This could have evolved into much more than 400 pistons..... but we'll never know?

I'm done with it and sincerely hope that Jim H. will eventually provide 400 pistons for our community.

PS: Thanks to those who have offered help and comments via PM & email
