YIKES, highway robbery. Someone with casting experience needs to step up and reproduce these caps and rotors.
There were three different rotors, and two different caps. The first rotor was retained on the shaft with a screw, the green rotor, and there was a bulletin when the second design came about, which was a slide on, brown color. To change a green rotor, the clutch cover had to come off, then, brown was developed. Instructions on the service bulletin for change over were, the green rotor was literally broken off the shaft, screw removed, brown rotor slid into place. Last design used a larger diameter shaft, black slide on rotor, and black cap. The brown and black rotors were called QD rotors, for "Quick Detatch". The QD rotors and black cap were considerably more di-electrically stronger, lived longer. The green, brown rotors fit what was described as utilizing a "28mm shaft", the black one "31mm".
I am sure this info is on Dale's info pages.
