Wire brush followed by brushed of coats of Evaporust worked very well.
It's not great but is much better and I ran out of daylight.
Falcon; no problem with wheel removal but not worth relacing the hub with these spokes and rim (for imersion and blasting)
I have an aluminum rim with decent spokes ready to go on this winter but thought I'd wear the existing tire down some more.

Then again, this could be an excuse to buy a small media blaster and use up some walnut shells or maybe even try some corn cob media!

Both Steve Chandler and I had some aluminum stained by Simple Green.
Probably cause it got missed by the wipe rag.
I'm guessing you haven't had this problem.
