looking at a deal for an H2, its a 74. average condition. a little tattered.
stage 1 porting and a nice set of chrome dencos with no scrapes or dents.

comes with a pretty nice set of stock pipes, .20 over stock cylinders,
an engine case with the trany gears, an H1 motor with no cylinders and a stock air box.

guy is asking 7,000 for all.

also, what do you think a set of NOS H2 cylinders and heads are worth????

Sounds a bit high for a B but that's just my opinion.
Depending on how nice the other parts are as well.
They could be worth a grand or more alone.

Without pictures its hard to say too.

the original pipes are pretty nice. no rust, dents or scrapes.

comes with 2 sets of cylinders. the 20 overs need to be bored. stock porting.

also a set of NOS cylinders and heads.

didn't get pics.

Im thinking its a bit high but he said he would throw in a 400 triple bike as well.
haven't seen that one but he said it was fair condition.

Im not into the S series stuff, just H1 and H2

Can't loose on that deal. You can't announce you bough it cheap, but definitely worth it.

Also , what do you think a set of NOS H2 cylinders and heads are worth????

Last set of NOS cylinders on eBay sold for $500 each.
3 H2 heads used worth $200-220, so double that to $400-500 maybe more. Never seen any NOS H2 heads for sell.

Many guys say the S3/KH400 was the best handling and most fun to ride of all the triples. If I had to take one bike to Deals Gap and it had to be either an H or an S, I'm sure I'd take the S.

Also, with the S3, you have the option of using a Walms engine mount kit, doing some welding, and putting an H1 engine in it.

I like buying cheap :D that's the only way I can afford this addiction.
I need to come up with a counter offer. he also offered to throw in a Honda gl 1100 motor.
what the hell would I do with that?

As more info unravels within this thread, I am inclined to be swayed to the side of others posting here.
Sounds like a pretty nice package IF all those things are included.
Some nice stuff AND a free 400? What more could anyone want??? 8-)
