Air flow is a moot factor in EFI systems, injector duty cycle is the key factor.

What is needed to make the engine run correctly.

NO, there is NO set duty cycle, air/fuel ratio, jet is determined by direct input to the "seat of the pants" dyno. That is your butt sitting on the seat, right hand twisting the duty cycle monitor, and the things felt through the gears.
