I wasn't so tough a few hours later when Roger had to start the DT for me so I could ride the 11 miles to Fontana. Reminded me of this guy who drop a bike in the gravel parking lot a few years ago. :D

Kegels HA HA, part of my pre and post prostate surgery was kegels lots of kegels I can do kegels anywhere at anytime and they must of paid off as I did not pee my girly panties :D and by the way my flying w looked more like and upside down Ⅎ :D

I'm OK, thank you. I had most of my gear on. My back hit first then the back of my helmet hit the pavement bounced up and hit again. I had a back pack on that saved my back and the helmet did it's job. The little bike balanced itself on my right leg. The knée is still swelled up and sore but getting better. I have about lost the Retro limp, I wish he could.
