Tentative dates for the 2014 Annual Deals Gap Meet are
Sunday May 4 to Sunday May 11 (Mothers Day).

I know....Mothers Day. But we use to always have Mother Day on the last Sunday. And in the end it was the best I could get. The remainder of the month will be packed with clubs at all the hotels in the area.

This is our 15th straight meet at The Deals Gap Motorcycle Resort and they want to do something special for us. I will be in discussions with them to estblish some sort of cookout, maybe a party in the cafe after it closes. Too early yet to carry those plans any further. At the first of the year I'll start a thread to gather some ideas.

Hope this meets with everyones approval.

Watch the board at the first of the year. I will start a post putting the rooms up for grabs on a first come first serve basis. The instructions on what to do will be in that post. You CANNOT get the rooms by calling the hotel until I make that post at the first of the year. After the rooms are taken people will start posting that they have a room to share with those who didn't get one. It always works out pretty good for everyone.
