somehow don't think ya'll guys are into wine tastings

Actually Lisa, I'm more of a wine drinker. My wife and I have been to Napa several times and when we were in Italy back in March, we stopped at several small wineries.

Shane brought some red wine that was PERFECT for the steak that was served up to the gang.

You people who don't come to the Gap have no idea what you're missing!

Oh cool Chris, I like red wine too, much prefer it over white wine, which for me (uncultured git) is toooo dry.

Hmm so the DG experience consists of -

1. Vintage and newer bikes
2. Lots of other fun and games - mini bikes racing, etc
3. Enjoying the scenic countryside - the Dragon and those other names I can't pronounce
4. Beer Tastings
5. Tequilla Tastings
6. Red Wine Tastings
7. Salsa Tastings
8. And I can't remember the Secret Guy Codes

Jeez, LOTS and LOTS of culture. Definitely an event NOT to be missed!!!!!!!

Don't forget to add to that: Disc Golf, Table Tennis, Pool, that game where you throw the bean bag in the hole cut out  , Mountain biking (and crashing :o ), and racing sport bikes on Hwy 28 in a Hot Rod Factory 395 HP SUV! Great group of guys there too.... It IS an event not to be missed!! :ugeek: 8-) ;) :D

Shane, that really was excellent salsa. If you get a chance to send me the recipe, I'd appreciate the chance to try making it here.

Some French guy gave me a glass of wine. He said he had put some GHB in it so that later that night he would come into my room and rape me.
Lucky for me nothing ever happened.

Wait a minute ! :o Isn't that the way Rohypnol is suppose to work !!!

OK,
The FF code was coined by Iron, he should explain that to you, Lisa.

Jim, your brew was excellent!
I'll send the salsa recipe sometime this week.

Chris, the beer tasting was a lot of fun and I hope we can do it next year.

I'll bring several wines, if everyone wants to get a wine tasting going.
I'll also bring salsa again.

John, you'll have to video Gumby in the Cobra, next year.(did anyone catch that this year?)

Ric, what happens at the Gap, stays...

I missed it so much that the wife and I rode our silverwing and burgman scooters up there a couple of weeks ago. Got rained on twice and had to sit through 3 hail storms with a bunch of Harley riders. After 2 hours it cleared up and through the dragon we went. It was all good after that. I love riding all over that place. Next year I'm gonna stay the whole week.
