I'm picking up 1 bike at the Gap and don't think I can fit 3 safely in my van.I know it's a longshot as usually everyone has a full load.Anybody live near S.C.,parts of N.C. like Charlotte, Raleigh, or Asheville or East Tenn like Johnson City,Kingsport, or Knoxville would help.Thanks. Buddy |

a full size van (normal length) will easily carry 3 bikes. Ive had 4 (2 H1's, 1 H2, and an RZ350) in my extended van, and that is WITH the contractor bins still in place. Without the bins, I could probably get 7 bikes in back. It would be tight, and some planning would be involved, but I think it would be doable. |

Cody, I have a full size 02 chevy van and will have the cabinets removed. One bike I am picking up is an old 120 road runner which looks fairly small, the bike I'm bringing is a Kaw w650 which is a little wide. The bike I want to haul extra is an old kaw 175.If you think they will all fit without damage,I'd give it a go. |

you will be Golden Buddy.... 4 (quality) straps per bike so they become part of the van. I was actually thinking about it and my "record" of hauling in my van is actually SEVEN complete bikes. A water buffalo, H2, H1 AND 4 KV75's! |

Well to be fair don't you think the KV's should probably count at a rate of 2 to 1........ ![]() I have had three bikes in a 15 pass van. I rent them sometimes to go get bikes. Pull the back two benches and lay a 4x6 beam 5ft long across the back legs of the first bench. Then wheel the front tires right in against the beam and the bench- presto. The latch wells in the floor for the removed benchs make great tie-down grabs.... tim |
