I paid for my new trailer tires today and will have them mounted and balanced on Monday.

I serviced the bearing buddies and checked for play in the hubs. All appears to be well. Gotta drill 12 holes and mount my chocks, then it should be pretty well done. Everything came apart pretty easy. I also will replace the missing reflector on the right fender.

Hey Tim,
Looks good, don't forget a spare. Chuckie and needed to use the spare on the way back from Deals Gap last year. We stopped a taco place off of 75 in Georgia and noticed the tire was low, so we changed it on the parking lot.

Not one person, male or even female stopped to help. Some people suck. We always stop to help people. Most people think it's all about them... :banghead

It will great to see all you guys. I think this is my 11th year, holy crap! You guys are the best...

Safe travels,

Charlie

truth. i blew one out on the way back last year as well at 70 mph on i85. no place to pull over since its under constant construction. found a pull off almost 2 miles down the road in a construction egress. 'official use only'

I have a good spare. If time permits I will likely buy a spare tire bracket from Harbor Freight like I put on my two place trailer.

did a test run of the galaxie last weekend to hendersonville, did very well so will prob be taking that again this year.

debating what 3rd bike to bring.... either the 67 C2tr (really good since i got the oil injection reinstalled), or the 2-stroke grom. decisions, decisions...

the other 2 that are def coming are the 72 Ds7 (so carls bike isnt alone this year. :e11 ) and the CB1100 for distance, comfort & 2-up runs.

I am ready for the meet. Other than small maintenance on my truck and washing the winter dirt off the H2. There is a small change with what I'm bringing though. Just the H2 and my new to me H1. I was going to bring my GT185, but I'm currently waiting on the almost new owner to make the last payment, so I'm going to play it safe and leave it in my garage.

See you all on the 15th.

Personally I cannot wait. I start to look forward to this on the ride home from the last one. Fun week with a great group of guys at a grate place to ride. Even though the "resort" looks like a county jail...
You guys were all so cool welcoming me from the first day.
The second bike i was going to take this year likely will not make it, for some reason I was not shocked. It is at the shop waiting in line to be looked at. But my RD is running great and ready.
