I've been having shortness of the breath at exertion the last few weeks. Saturday morning I went to the hospital in Little Rock where my surgery was done since they had my history. I emailed my surgeon and he just happened to be working so they were ready for me when I got to the ER. CT scan showed I have infection in my lungs probably caused by silent aspirations. They have me on iv antibiotics. I'm schedule for a swallow test tomorrow. May go home Wednesday. Getting old is hard.

Thanks so much Charlie for the prayers, they worked!
I came home Wednesday after 5 days in the hospital.
I was ran thru all the medical test which eliminated diseases, heart issues, blood clots, and the silent aspirating. Turns out the lungs are probably inflamed not infected from the immunotherapy (Keytruda) I was on until June. Turns out 3% of people on this drug can have this reaction, lucky me.
I started a high dose long term treatment with steroids Tuesday. Today I noticed a good improved in my lung performance.

Thanks Tim. Maybe soon I can get my Yamsha twins out and run some gas thru them. It's been over 14 months since I've had them out.
My V-Strom is ready to go but I just not felt up to it. Maybe the steroids will get me motivated to ride.
