The official dates for the 2020 Eastern 2 Stroke Motorcycle Meet at Deal's Gap are: Saturday, August 15th - Saturday, August 22nd.

Room Holders will need to confirm their intent to attend with date of arrival and date of departure (or "all week" will mean Saturday-Saturday). NOTE: Saturday-Saturday. Please reconfirm by April 30th. I am not sure yet when rooms will need to be transferred over to your name and credit card. I know a few people have opted to have their roommate be the room holder, that's fine, I still have that information saved.

Also, think about how we can make room for Mike/Sammy and Steve. Anyone else can post here for a spot on the waiting list.

Chris, I goofed up the meet starting on Saturday thing too. I'll be there Sunday the 16th and leave Friday the 21st.
