I have again volunteered with Chris' approval to compile the emergency contact list for the upcoming 2019 Meet. We hope to never have to use this but it is good to be proactive and have this info on file just in case. I will give a copy of the completed list to Chris as well. It is recommended that you provide info whether you are staying at DGMR/ HQ or not. If YOU are part of the 20th Anniversary Eastern 2 Stroke Meet , please give consideration to submitting info. At a minimum, this info is needed: Board name with real legal name (if different from board name), bikes that you will bring/ ride, emergency contact person with telephone number(s), and known medical allergies. Additional info that would also be helpful: medications you are taking, tag numbers for your motorcycles with state issued, colors of bikes brought/ ridden, and blood type. Please send this info to me via offline email: evansward@bellsouth.net and place DG emergency contact info in subject line. I'd prefer to receive submissions at the email address specified and NOT via board PMs. I'll accept submitted info up until a couple of days before the Meet begins. If you sent me your info last year, AND if no changes, please still send a short email message to confirm. Thank you for your cooperation to this matter.

Thanks for doing this Evans. I did it for a number of years because one late afternoon, someone pulled up to the resort and said, "hey, there was a wreck and I think it was one of your guys, maybe a blue triple" (or something like that). Nobody had a clue who it might be. Turns out it was not one of our guys, but that's where the idea came from.

Bump- back to the top. I’ll bump it again one more time before the Meet to obtain info. This is a proactive measure that could save your life and make things easier if something were to happen.
