2019 20th Annual Eastern 2 Stroke Meet Official dates: Sunday 5/5 - Sunday 5/12.

To stay in good standing with the Resort, Room Holders should take the rooms for the majority of the week (5 night MINIMIM). You can coordinate with someone to share the room so that it will be held by us 2-strokers for the full week. PLEASE READ THE FEW SIMPLE RULES posted in the “Roomholder information” thread.

Just a reminder: the process is first come first serve. I post the rooms and you post a response with your name, arrive and leave dates, and room type (standard or large/apartment). Same rules as in previous years.

Rule clarification as of last year: a board member can only post for one room. You can’t post for one room for yourself and then post again for somebody else. Your second post will not count.

Respond here on this post just as I have done below:

1. your name (first & Last),
2. your arrival date and departure date
3. if you prefer a standard room or a large apartment room.
4. Do not write anything else on this particular post. Do not use this thread to post anything else (start another thread).

Remember, traditionally, a couple people have either dropped out or decided to room with a friend, so don’t give up hope if you miss out on one of the 14 rooms. Put your name down anyway.
