Room holders, please watch this thread for the call in date range. I expect it to be next week, but please don't call yet.

Room rates are discounted for our group to $62.10 per night (honestly not sure about the 2 apartments, but I believe those are $10 more).

As I initially mentioned in this thread, be prepared for your card to be charged. A couple of guys were surprised their cards were charged early last year. At least call in will be about 1 month prior to check in, so not too bad.
