From Michelle at the gap: If someone comes in late, the front counter employees will put a card on the front doors of the store telling them which room they are in. All they need to do is go up to the motel, the door will be unlocked, the light will be on outside and the key will be on the table. Just come in the next morning and register. No problem:)) |
