For the Halibut I checked on Fontana, they are sold out for that week everything, rooms , cabins, everything. The Minitards, oops, I'm sorry for not being politically correct, The Mini Douche Bags that have no clue what a Yellow line is will be there in early May. So, they are not going to be a problem, who is packing Fontana? Hopefully it is Bird Watchers.

While I agree that the year we were there with the Minis was a less than perfect situation, I did find that the majority were quite considerate on the local roads, using the pull-offs on the Dragon to let me go by on my DT100. It's just that there were so many of them it was like a swarm of huge gnats.

Hey, I remember your previous post Zammy: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=11298&p=118137#p118137
It's good to see you're still around, and I hope you make it to the meet.

Maybe not quite the same thing but not much different there is a HD meet in Maggie Valley on the 26th of May so we are bound to see a lot of Harleys all around the Gap :(

Carl, the parking lot at DG is always filled with to capacity with HDs, and the roads clogged with them by midday Friday. Maybe the nearby meet will actually draw them away a little.

Like when you put a bug zapper on the other side of your yard from your patio... it draws bugs, but away from where you're sitting.

Hi Jim ... I plan on being there and bringing a buddy with his T500 . My S2/EX250 Hybrid triple project won't be done so I'll try to bring my F-8

You should definitely post some photos of the S2-Ninja 250 project! One of the 2-stroke guys brought a Ninja 250 with a Banshee engine a couple years ago.
