Finally finished up the bikes today. New tires on the S3. New 520 chain/sprockets and modified side stand on the Honda, put the rotor, stator and electrics back on for the Gap, they all come off when I get back along with new race tires

Was over at Chuck's (Supertune) new shop yesterday, he is ready for a break. He and Charlie are headed up Saturday and after spending the night in Murphy will arrive early Sunday. Jim Cannon and I are leaving early Sunday driving straight up, should be there mid/late afternoon. Everyone have a safe trip, looking forward to a great week.

Now if only I could get the wife to clean up the garage lol.....

Things are coming together, Tim. One bike is getting a reeded top end and custom chambers, another got a complete makeover. It's only mine that I didn't have time to get to.

Knock on wood, all my bikes need is a good detailing and they are ready to load. My trailer hasn't moved since last year other than back and forth in it's parking spot so I could mow beneath it, so it will need a preflight. I laid out all my Girly Bike spares yesterday so come Saturday the 14th the packing and loading will commence...

The RZ's 5k stumble had really gotten bad. Last night I pulled the carbs, removed and cleaned the emulsion tubes, replaced the boast bottle with the stock cross over balance tube, and verified the slides mechanical sync. The tubes were pretty clean and the slides were .020 out of sync. I also didn't like the fit of tube that connects the carbs for the enriching circuit so I fitted a new hose. Im not sure what helped but the stumble is almost gone. I really have to get the engine loaded just right to get it to stumble. The new Zeel controller is working well. I've tried a few ignition and PV curves and have settled for the supplied #2 ignition curve and the #5 PV curve. It is running as well as I've ever gotten it to run. Evans Ward told me they run their best just before they blow up :problem:

Last statement is absolutely true! :shifty: just gives me more experience and wrench time.

Have fun guys and be safe. Wish I could attend but have too many fires going on right now...

Time is running out quickly. I have a few more things to iron out on the DT250 and to figure out how I am going to load it. H1 is ready as always. KE175 looks like crap, but runs good. I leave for my daughter's college graduation in Hartford, CT middle of this week so I will lose several days of prep time. I plan to be at Gap next Wednesday morning some time. Should be a great time as always! See you there!
