Post subject:  ATTENTION ROOM HOLDERS - 2016 Deals Gap Meet
It's time to call the hotel and put your room on your own credit card.
Please do this as soon as possible.

Post here to let me know you've done so.....

The hotel has the room holder list with your name and dates.
Just tell them your name and let them know you are with the 2-stroke group and Rick Van Hooser has a room for you on the room holder list.

Let them know if you're down for a regular room or apartment.

The two apartment rooms belong to:
Gerald Stice Jr.
Mark Demshock

All others have Standard (regular) rooms.

Get the room for as much of the week as possible; certainly what you committed to when becoming a room holder.
The list is below.

The dates of the meet are:the night of May 15th through the night of May 21st (Sunday to Sunday).
Outside those dates I can't help you.
