Even though I can't attend the event this year, I am still willing to put together the Emergency Contact list for those who wish to participate. You are welcome to send me as much or as little information as you want, but I recommend: Your full name, emergency contact name and phone number(s), any medications and allergies, bikes you may be riding, and anything else you want in case you are not able to verbally communicate in the event of an accident.
I did keep last years list so if nothing has changed, you can just let me know. If you want to add anything or send your information this year for the first time, it would be helpful to only send the info to one place - the following email address:

As always, I will send Ric a copy of the completed list 1 week prior to the meet. Also, when you email me, I may not respond right away...I usually check once a week as it gets closer. Once I add your info to the list I'll respond to the email, but don't worry if you don't hear back right away.
