I have a standard room reserved from May 15th to May 20th, when I will be leaving mid-day. If someone wants the room for the nights of Friday the 20th and Saturday the 21st, and you pay me for it before call-in day, I'll let Ric know, and pay for the whole week instead of just through the night of the 19th. That will eliminate the possibility that someone outside the group will get the room after I leave, and make sure it's reserved for you.

Jeff and I have a standard room for the week, and likely neither of us will be there EVERY night. We will cover the extra nights if required, but would rather pass it off to someone else. I think I will arrive on Monday, and leave Saturday but that's not etched in stone.

Hi Lane and Jeff,
Chickie and I will be in town Saturday late afternoon and probably camp out at the Deals Gap camping ground that night. If you guys have room for us we will be there from Sunday to Saturday..(the whole week). if you have room for one of us take Chuckie and I'll try to get in with someone else. Either way, we want to stay at the Deals Gap hotel area.
By the way, I'll have cash and some dynamite, whichever you choose...

Charlie, one of my sons may not be able to stay the whole week, plus I will be bringing a cot just in case someone needs a place to stay. (the boys can rotate on the cot)
