Here is what I would call nice, #3 on 1 to 4 scale.

Ouch, he paid $600 for a carb clean and some spark plugs, floats, battery plus a aftermarket carb kit, it may not be running perfect or maybe it is.

If the carb kits are installed, you can be pretty sure it's not running very well.

I have been taking the bike out and driving it, and enjoying it.With 160 PSI compression in every cylinder and a recent tune up, it runs great, pulls smoothly though out the power band.Shifts smoothly, clutch tight, and everything works.I am pretty happy with keeping the bike if it comes to that.
