It appears the post I made a day or so ago, the one that explained why we (Steve and I), did it the way we did, and what/how we did it all, magicallly deleted itself. It had all the info to duplicate the original 72 hole, 1/2 inch diameter drillings.

So much for computers, must have been a POWER failure.

Tuner throw it back up. I'm noodling on what I should do to my front rotor for my current project.

Hey Mark in SC,
What could you do these cuts (no holes) for if say 10 of us provided rotors ready to go either with or without surfacing?
Really like the idea but don't currently have access to a CNC mill or piles of cash.
(not to say JA's deal wasn't fair)

That would be great, as I won't be doing anymore, way too much trouble..........

All one has to think is....."CNC".

Nah on the post that got "powered" outtta here. Just drill it the way you want, and I'll do mine the way we did it back in the prehistoric age.

Meaning it was too much trouble for you to machine or to big a hassle to coordinate with a shop?
If the material they used wasn't so crazy hard & thick it sure would be easier.
