I met a guy here in Hawaii who is looking for an H2. He doesn't want to fix one up, he wants a nice one in running condition. He prefers a '72 or '75. If you know anybody or if you have one... I have thought about selling him my H2C but then I'd want to go find another one. Not easy these days!

This one doesn't look too bad.

I suggested the same bike but he wants a cherry bike ready to ride now. This one has stuck piston, front fender looks like it's off a KZ, needs new paint and seat cover to get the more original look.

You're right the fork seems to be off a Z1.

Wow, he can "kick it over" with one cylinder bouncing up and down with the piston, so "the crank appears to be find". That's about a $2,000 H2.

He says he can pay good money. He's a vintage 2 stroke enthusiast and selling off some old Yamaha's to spend on an H2. Today he told me he's selling a 250 flat tracker back to Jim Odom, who used to race the bike.
