Hello,

my friend Rainer who fabricates the clutch releases has a complete needle bearing kit and he is also doing a shifter linkage kit in stainless steel.
The bearing kit works absolutly fine. Parts fitted to all triples, only the shifter linkage kit doesn't work on the old H1 with the 6mm bolts.
Prices are 62,00 USD for each kit, plus shipping. Prices are for overseas. Europe plus VAT. Bearings and shifters are the same.

All the best from Germany
Ralf

Yes, no other bushings. It works great several German triples are running with these bushings. It comes with some spacers, because the frames are a little bit different in their width and you must take the original dust shields.

Are the pins oversize so you drill out the worn out holes in the lever and splined piece that clamps on the shaft? If not you would still have slop, or have to drill out and use bushing. :?:

I just bought all the Kaw parts seperately and it came to a lot more than the kits Ralf shows here Bill.
I also got a steal on the change lever, which is what your talking about right?
Attached to the shaft in the engine. You can buy bigger pins and drill an old one out or bush them as mentioned.
Had these been available when I did my KH400, I would have gone with one.

Change lever, yea, that's it. You smarty pants with your parts lists, HA :e11 I just call it a thingamajig that connects to the whatchamacallit...

Original pins are 8mm, so you can drill / ream the holes in your shift lever and CHANGE LEVER to 10mm and insert these bushings.

(yea I know, they're bearings, so they will just last forever) They will have to be shortened to about 6mm to match the width of the levers. Then with Ralf's kit, $5 worth of bushings and a drill you will have a super tight shifter!
