I'm sure some of you have seen this but I never had so I thought I should post it. I never realized there was a 1968 prototype triple.

Interesting photos, but I am VERY confident that the bikes shown are all restorations (apart from the prototype) they have too many errors in their build to have left the factory like that :think:

The Red '70 was the 3rd colour of H1, it wasn't released until 1970 and production didn't start until after serial number 12,000 - The oil pump cover on this red bike was only used on bikes between serial number 8,300 - 11,400 (ish) as it has no cut out for the air vent. also the KAWASAKI on both the covers has been painted in Black -I have NEVER seen this before except on restored bikes . . . there are other minor anomalies that don't ring true as well.
