I got some better pictures before I sold these...I didn't cleaned them before the pictures, taken at my friends house, even though the garden hose sort of implies it.
I noticed the inside of the rims had some water spots, so when I got home I wiped them down and they cleaned right up. I tried to aim the Lester logos towards the camera, but they don't show up well in these pictures.I picked these up locally several years ago. The story I was told was that a dealer put the Lesters on a brand new H2c back in the summer of 1975, but the buyer had the wheels swapped shortly after. They were on the bike serveral weeks, perhaps two months at the most. Not many street miles put on them either. The buyer's brother knew his brother wouldn't take good care of the wheels, so he took them and packed them away. Fastforward some 30+ years and they come across them, figure they will never use them and put them up for sale. I could not believe the condition of these wheels, as close to NOS as I'll ever see
