wasn't a problem on the 70s 80s but now the cops could arrested the bike and owner if you have only a Kawasaki H2 title
that's why I bought my Martin H1 basket case which has a Martin title, could ride legal

Don't know about France, but a cop here wouldn't know the difference between a Kawasaki and a Martin frame. As long as the number checks out with the registration, you'll be fine.

Needs a clear/ white tail light lens to complete the package. That red lens sure looks out of place with the clear/ white directionals. Pretty bike!!

this is correct unless you've a crash and someone is kill, they look the bike, not the good frame so the insurance doesn't work, you've to pay if the crash is your responsability + driving without insurrance with a kill people, sounds bad
and sometime you meet strange coops, 30 years ago, was using a Yamaha 125 DTMX of a friend whitch was 78 model year with 79 body as the bike was stoolen and recovered with a 79 body, stopped by the cops and one said "why have you a 79 body on a 78 DTMX?"
