I got three new chocks for an early birthday present from the Bridal Unit. Drill four holes for each one and Bob's your Uncle. Preliminary measurements indicate that I can position the two outboard chocks approximately 18 inches to two feet back from the middle chock which will enable me to load all three bikes facing forward. I am currently involved in negotiations for two new radial trailer tires for Christmas. Rural King has them for $59 each. :D

Nice, Tim. I have some similar to those in my van. They work well, and hold motorcycles vertical while I strap them in.

I feel a whole lot better about your trailer now, just don't want to see bikes damaged, so, I go overkill.

When Steve and I drove the Team Kawasaki Road Race truck all over creation, I never had a bike come loose, nor get damaged, I was content and happy.

One chock installed, two to go. New Trailer King 6 ply M rated tires, mounted, balanced and installed.

Tomorrow I will load up the Phoenix and verify how far back I need to mount the other two chocks to avoid interference.

I got the 1st chock tightened down and loaded the Phoenix, then the other two one at a time and took measurements. Looks like 22 inches back on the outer two chocks gives me room and no chance of any of them striking each other. 16 more holes to drill..

Looking good Tim! RZ on the 3rd rail, I assume?
Are you going to remove the "ski tips" from the front of the rails now that you have the chocks?

Thanks, No I will leave them to tie down whatever I put in that space to haul, like my awning. Yeah, I had the RZ loaded up on the right also to check spacing. I hope to get another chock drilled and secured in the morning before work. My back up at work is on leave and he will be covering my absence in May, so I am working 6-night weeks this week and next week. I have to get all the hay making equipment ready as well before I leave so now, we are down to the wire as we will be cutting hay the 1st week of June.
