I can't believe I bought a Honda(no offense to you Honda guys)but I think I got a good deal on it and it looks kind of neat. It's a 1971 K1 and is supposed to be original except for the back wheel, it's a 16 inch and the only real rust is on the front spokes. Now I have to figure out how to get it here from south Texas.

That looks pretty nice. Back in the '70's EVERYONE put a 16" wheel on the back of their Honda 4! (Never on a triple tho!!)

Favorite Honda 4 story:- A Friend got a 750 F2, after he had a H2 ( :o ), so we went for a top speed run. Laying down on the tank, neck and neck, nothing in it.............. that's when I sat up, changed into 5th, and said "see ya later!!" (H2 story no. 196)

H2 story n° 195 or 197: all my mates were Honda 4 owners, when I got my H2A on the seventies we did also a top speed run, we were all equals even if I've already outperformed them on acceleration, my mates were happy... then I changed into 5th :D :D :D :D :D

I'd make it more fun.

"Top Speed run, we were Neck and Neck, the honda guy was flat out and impressed I could stay with him, then I changed into second gear and said See Ya"....

Back in 73 when I had my H2A there was only two Kawasaki guys around with big bikes, me and my buddy with his Z1. We pretty much laughed at all the rest of the bikes and wondered why any of the other guys bought them. I really don't know why I bought this thing but I guess the price was right and I can't resist a deal. I got it for $1600.
