Does anyone know if the 74/75 750 tail section is interchangeable with the 73/76 500?

I think you can swap them, but they're not the same. Neil is right H2B/C is bigger.

Unless the PO changed tail lights, I thought the late H2's used the round tail light as opposed to the oblong one of the H1/early H2...?

crap... forgot about the lip.

ok, but that looks like "Factory" paint to me.

my guess is that its a "parts bin" H1d tail that was painted Candy Red and sold new on an early production H1e. :mrgreen:

So would that make it an h1d or an h1e tail? :eh:
