The results may be skewed by the large number of late middle age riders of 800 lb. v-twins that we have in the U.S..

I'm sitting in Florida and trust me they're wrong in a hundred ways... This was an insurance company talking so it probably has a lot more to do with traffic accidents that pleasurable riding.

You got to look at their criteria guys....

"......states with the best riding to help bikers maximize their cruising time."

If I ride on nothing but straight flat roads I would likely maximize my cruising time.
Sounds like 800 pound cruisers on 800 pound cruisers to me... :crazy:

Well then yes. That is probably a good list. One of my favorite "digs" to my sportbike riding buddies is that the perfect bike for Florida is a cruiser since you might as well be comfortable when you're droning on in a straight line for hours wearing out the middle of your tires. They're not amused but they rarely argue with me.
