That's slightly bigger than the 4.00-18 stock size. Will it fit without problems?

That's fine. You can actually get a 4.75 (120mm) on the rear, but that's a bit big.

They do make the old K81/TT100 tread pattern in a modern compound, ideal for triples - A lot of people just think they are old tires! (Hey, they worked pretty well back in the day!!)
