On the Resource site there are numerous parts manuals available in PDF format.
I have the capability to provide them in a book format using flash.
Here is a sample: http://kawtriple.com/mraxl/partsmanuals ... index.html
Current version in PDF: http://kawtriple.com/mraxl/partsmanuals ... h1_h1a.PDF

It would take quite a while to convert everything to flash and I'd like to know if it is a worthwhile effort. I'm not even sure that anyone even uses the parts manuals. I don't want to take the time to do this if not worthwhile.

Nice format, but slower than viewing the PDF file I downloaded and saved. I prefer the PDF version, which I thank you for.

Your site is an exceptional resource, I thank you for it and use it frequently.

The PDF diagrams work great, I've not tried the flash type but will as soon as I can.

*** The Flash was slow to load, but seemed to work well.

For the price, the value is extraordinary!

I love that Flash - just like a parts-manual, but without the greasy thumbprints! Great idea!

I've used Flash manuals like this before. The biggest problem I have with the Flash is if I'm on a slow computer. If I have a lot going on in the background, the flash can sometimes be frustratingly slow. This one seems faster than the average though :)

Thanks for the idea - but no Flash on my end. <edit>
I use the iPad in the garage as a pdf manual. I actually download all the PDF's I can found into iBooks for the bikes and cars. I can then select and read the manuals off the bookshelf without a connection for quick retrieval.

Thanks for the resources.

I like the PDF better, as it is faster & easier to fit to width for easy viewing.
I have saved the PDF formats on my PC, laptop & even on a USB thimb I keep in my backpack. So it always with me, even at work or my buddy's shop. Also printed hard copies for my bikes to keep my originals clean & preserved.

Thanks again,
Nick
