In the UK our
Blackpool (north western rally) is 55 miles away. (from my home) (may)
THE NORTHERN rally is 92 miles away(june)
RB"s base is 88 miles away (any month when he is in the UK)
The southern rally is at the end of the world!! 255 miles away!! (september)
Sheakspeare county for the drag Racing is 110 miles away ( about 6 times a year)
Stafford (april) and (october) for our main shows is 45 miles away (stafford is the nearest thing to Mid Ohio but we have a hugh "show" hall with all the various clubs as well as the swap meet which is a 10th the size of Mid Ohio. :(
October tends to be the "japanese" show and april is for the British Iron.
Stale (the viking) has over the last few years managed to do (with a little help from his Uk and French friends)
The north western, the northern, the southern and Stafford in October :D :D :D :D :D

..and it has been brilliant every time ! All the UK club events are outstanding, and without all my good friends over there it wouldn't be possible to pull it off every year. Cheers Malc, you've been there every single time

would do that for anyone over seas :D
the point of the post is to show that our UK events are not quite the distance the events are in the USA :o
When we go from RB"S base in Michigan To Mid Ohio its 500 miles +
But at least I get to call on the way and see my Son Michael working in the USA :D :D
If all goes to plan (flight times) 4 weeks tonight I should be having a beers or ten with RB in traverse City USA
:D :D :D
