Purchased a couple motorcycle tires from Rock Mountain ATV about 1 1/2 years ago. One of the tires developed an out of round condition. E-mailed them and explained the issue. They said no problem. A UPS shipping label was e mailed to me. After they recieved the tire a new one was shipped right back. All this took less than 2 weeks and cost me nothing. Just thought I would pass it on, they are an excellent company to purchase from. http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/ |

I have had good transactions with RMATV as well. I do have some complaints with them though. They used to have killer deals on closeouts and you would always be able to pick up a coupon code on the net somewhere. The closeouts just aren't what they use to be, and it is very hard to get a coupon code anymore. There prices don't seem to be quite as good as they used to be either, but maybe all the retailers have gone up the same. They also recently just re-did there website, and I find it a little harder to navigate through. I wish they would have a link to go to the old site as well. Overall, I usually did all my business though them and even just got an order that I placed, but I think that I might start to see what some of there competitors are offering. |
