Hello, no. The police isn't interested, so what can I do from here. I learned from ths story for the future. Hope this guy will get his punishment from anybody else. If I think of him I could fly to USA and brake his bones!! But crap happens, money is gone. Worst thing of all is that he will rip off next years many guys too. Best Regards Ralf |

Ralf, If you sent the money via the postal service, that is mail fraud. You can contact the US Post Office and they might go after the guy. |

Now 2014 and I have received an email from a David Blau as mentioned above..different address but in NY.. I am on another motorbike website and was searching for a certain bike for sale...now two yrs later I get an email from this guy saying he has one and is wrecking it , and if I want some parts reply..so I did...he sent a pic of a bike which looked roadworthy..didnt trust him so asked for ID, got a photo of a passport with his name in it..real or false passport not sure..the parts are cheap, hes in a hurry for the money , bank to bank..has an account in his name, but after reading this might stare clear... |
