^ Hey Dave- heal quickly my friend! I had a total right hip replacement in 2016 and it was the best surgery I ever had. You are so right about following all medical instructions completely and the P.T. post-op is SO important. One thing that I will recommend is to drink some Metamucil or other fiber beverage as the opioids they prescribe will severely constipate one. Movement through P.T. helps too. I was able to go straight from the Walker to walking bypassing the quad cane. That was only by putting in the work on my own recommended by the medical professionals. I’m currently dealing with a rough hamstring/ ITB pull tear on my left leg. 2 months so far with 2 more months of P.T. recommended. Lots of stretching, heat/ ice treatments, and TENS unit therapy. I transitioned last week off the pain meds to OTC Iboprophen but still need the prescribed muscle relaxers. This prolonged injury is rough on me or anyone who can’t sit still for long and is active. Please keep us posted as to updates with your recovery and progress!

Does anyone know the location of the Kawasaki square four prototype? I know it’s not at the Barber Museum and my guess would be in Japan at Kawasaki’s facilities there.
