After 13 years of making over 3,000 CDI units and regulators, many dozens of sets of expansion chambers, and other parts for Kawasaki triples, I have decided to retire. It has been a great job, and has introduced me to many wonderful people, but I'm 64 years old now, and there are a lot of other things I'd like to do while I can.

I don't have any recommendations about where to find parts for triples, but I'm sure if you ask around on the boards and other social media you can find most of the things you need. If you can't find something now I'm sure you'll find it soon, when someone steps up to meet the demand.

I'll be around the board here, and I'll look forward to seeing you at future Deals Gap meets. I sincerely thank everyone who has bought my products, and I wish you happy riding for many years!

-Jim

P.S.

I have one KH400 CDI unit left ($299 plus actual cost postage).

Sad to hear but good for you to know when it is time. Can't believe it's been 13 years since you started making all that good stuff. Enjoy your retirement my friend.

Great decision, Jim, and well done! You are now entering the best and busiest time of your life! You have been a stalwart of the Triples thing for so long, keep that old H2 pointed straight ahead...(well, a few corners is fine!) :D

Mike, Dale, Tim, and Barry, thank you very much.

Buddy, thanks, and I agree... my wife and I find it hard to believe it's been 13 years too. She has been doing all the office work for most of that 13 years.

Thank you Rod. I have a zillion old unfinished and new projects. When I was in my 20s I said that if I could retire then, I would stay busy for the rest of my life. Today I'm building a table to put on the patio to hold my new portable wood fired pizza oven.
