Hi All!

I am back to fixing another H1 and I need engine mounts again. I was digging deep last night on the forums and I found nothing available at the moment.
Our German friend is currently showing that his trick upgraded rubbers are not available

Any other sources? I don't want to install used rubbers.

Thanks for the help!

Update!
Klemms writes that they used buna rubber rod in bulk. Drill and cut to fit.
...here is the part number from McMaster Carr: 86975K62

Happy Riding!

I believe you are out of luck, sorry. The Casting company in Germany actually lost the molds...

I lifted this part number from Klemms Vintage
They make their own mounts from buna rubber from McMaster Carr
This should work nicely.

Part Number 86975K62
1"diameter Buna rubber rod 36" long

I just looked on mcmaster.com, 1 inch BUNA N rubber rod (listed as "hard"), 36 inch, priced at $39.90 each.

I used to live two miles north of their Norwalk Blvd., Santa Fe Springs facility, one very large city block big, they have EVERYTHING, was friends with all the people in will call.

What size hole do you need for the metal tube? They have Buna tubing with a 1" OD and 5/8" ID...
McMaster #86805K54 6ft.
For $7.28 you can do several engines!

Remember, rubber is still a solid, it's ability to be used for a soft mount is based on being able to displace a short distance, to somewhere. Grooves or some place for the rubber to move to works.
